New Women's Committee Position

Hi Girls,

As most of you are probably aware the 5th team has unfortunately been removed from BUCS.

However the 5th team will continue to train and play matches (just not in BUCS).

In order for this to happen we are creating a new position on Committee titled 'Development Officer'.

The role of this person will be primarily be to create a league for the 5th team to play in or to find a pre-existing league for them to join. For example this could be a more local league against colleges.

The aim is to keep their games on a wednesday afternoon so the 5th team is very much still part of the club.

Other roles of the Development Officer will include:

Improving the standard of the 5th team
Improving training and coaching
Increase competitiveness of the players

Ideally the Development Officer will be from one of the lower teams, however if you feel you could thrive in this role do not hesitate to contact me. This persn should be keen to see the development of the 5th team and in turn be willing to put the work in to achieve this.

Hey Girls

Will be picking up club photos for those of you who have ordered one from sports office today so from this evening onwards you can come and collect them - 175 Whitham Road as sheman is not in sheffield for them to be at hers.

Then from Monday onwards they will be at Shemans house 12 Moor Oaks Road for the forseeable future

This message is to any Bankers member from this season, there is a free umpires course that starts on the 8th, and also takes place on the 15th and 22nd, which will be in the evening. It takes place at Aurora hockey pitch (Rotherham),

Rearranged Ladies Day

Hey all...

For those of you who had an amazing ladies NIGHT on saturday then im hoping your even more raring for Ladies Day take 2!

It will be on the 10th of June at GOODWIN - times are yet to be arranged but will be around 11am-2/3pm and then obviously social and Roar in evening!!

Those of you who are in the facebook group and can no longer play please let me know either by facebooking me!

Secondly - those who were not able to play on the 16th now have the opportunity to play on the 10th, you wont be apart of the facebook group so please can you text me on 07956275968/facebook me if you want to play on the 10th! You MUST let me know by Thursday at the latest so I can order some more t-shirts. £5 please! Those of you who have already paid - no extra charge.
